Square Lashing

Introduction

A Square Lashing is used to tie two poles together. Square lashing has been used in scouting for many years to build camp crafts. Eg. Building benches, table frames etc.

Lashing can also be used for many purposes outside scouting such as building a seat for your garden.

I hope you enjoy this square lashing workshop and please let me know what you think of my training workshop by completing our feedback form at the end. With thanks Marianne McEneaney
