‘Tourism is Us’ Project
Tourism is Us is a new tourism initiative managed by Fermanagh College and part financed by the European Union. Cavan Monaghan Rural Development are the project partners in this ICBAN (Irish Central Border Area Network) cross-border initiative.

The main aims of the project are to:

raise the profile and impact of the tourism sector within the cross border areas and to develop a collaborative cross border framework for exchange of expertise and promotion of the industry.
to create a sense of knowledge of and pride and involvement in tourism among local people.
to establish a culture of tourism through recognition and acceptance that all services have a role to play in attracting and retaining visitors
to establish a sustainable programme of training to meet area, local and individual needs as well as identify and promote areas of cross border co-operation and development.
